Clarendon Motor Services Ltd
Better known as Clarendon Car Radio in Clarendon Street, Leamington Spa, and had been one of the best car audio suppliers and fitters in the area.
It opened in 1971 and at that time David Blackwell the owner used to sell other car electrical accessories but car audio became his main business.
Around 1972 David used to race an MG Midget or Spriget, while I was a mechanic for Jack Kibbler at the time whom he raced against.
Sometime around 2008, they moved from the corner of Clarendon Street and Swan Street to Unit 6c, in Lock Lane, Warwick.
29th March 2016 Clarendon Motor Services Ltd ceased trading
In 1964 David Blackwell started selling Monkey Bikes and continued selling them alongside his Audio business he was still trading in them up until August 2012.
