The earliest advert I found was in 1957, Crescent Garage (Leamington Ltd) Ltd – Ruby Road, Leamington Spa.

Before 13 March 1964, the name was Crescent Garage and was changed to P.M.D.W Motors Limited on 13 March 1964, which ran until 28 April 1988.

P.M.D.W Motors Limited, Phillip Gordon Parker officially changed the business name to Crescent Garage (Leamington) Limited on 20 April 1988 and purchased the remaining shares owned by Mrs O. B. Mowe on 28 April 2000.

Unfortunately, in January 2007, Phillip passed away at the age of 62.
It was after this that his son, and now the owner of the business, Adam Parker, took over.

There was also a Crescent Garage (Heathcote) Ltd, which was registered on 14 Feb 2005, Phillip Gordon Parker, John Craig and William Craig registered as the directors.
By 2.1.2007, Phillip Gordon Parker of “Crescent Garage (Heathcote) Ltd” had terminated his directorship, and on 3 January 2008, the name is changed to Pitstop Warwickshire Limited.

23 April 2007, the executors of Phillip Gordon Parker have transferred his share in the company.

By 23 March 2012, the company had gone into liquidation and on 9 July 2013, the company was dissolved.

The premises were taken over by Paul Kirby, and its name was changed to Lambsdons Motors.
